Con sus casi 25 000 miembros, la Chaîne des Rôtisseurs es una Asociación Internacional de Gastronomía presente en más de 80 países, que reúne a entusiastas que comparten los mismos valores en torno a la calidad, la buena gastronomía, el apoyo a las artes culinarias y los placeres de la buena mesa. La característica que distingue a nuestra asociación es la de reunir a aficionados y profesionales de todo el mundo, ya se trate de hoteleros, restauradores, chefs o sumilleres, en torno al aprecio por la buena cocina.
